Pick your indulgences

Find that healthy balance you practice the rest of the year this holiday season and pick your indulgences. They’ll taste so much sweeter if you do! A few tips we have for the holiday lbs. that sneak up

  • Drink a glass of water, sparkling or flat, between each alcoholic beverage


  • Decide if you’re going to indulge in the main course or the dessert. Then enjoy every bite!


  • Wait an extra 5 minutes before getting seconds


  • Don’t finish the food on your children’s plates


  • Chew a piece of gum while you are cooking or cleaning up to limit mindless eating


  • Bundle up and add in extra family walks or go on your own first thing in the morning
