 You can expect every session to give you a challenging, upbeat, and fun exercise routine created specifically for your goals at whatever location is most convenient for you. In addition, you will have the option to opt in for online training, exercise homework, nutrition guidance, and daily check ins.

We can work in pretty much any space.

From a dedicated ‘gym’ room, living room, basement, yard, conference room, office space, you won’t surprise us!

We’ll show up on time to the agreed space fully equipped to lead you through your session. We build your routines around the equipment we bring with us.

You don’t need any fancy equipment, especially starting out. If you do have any that adds variety to what you can do for your workouts when we aren’t there. Many clients end up buying some small weights, bands and balls. Others will dedicate a room to their workout space and may find the value in investing in larger equipment like a treadmill, bike or elliptical and cable weight machines.

Don’t worry about interruptions! We’re used to children, pets, neighbors, work calls and emails, etc. We will keep you on track for your workout! Or if you would prefer to have your personal trainer send you customized workouts for you to do on your own time, we offer app-based training as well!

 

Our clients range from previous athletes who still have the drive for an hour of challenging sweat drenched power workouts, to parents who may be fitting in this hour between all the other directions they are being pulled, to our senior clients who don’t want to travel to a gym.

We work with entrepreneurs who need to pull themselves away from their workstation at home, to busy working parents who travel, work and parent full time.

From new or expecting moms who want to make sure they prepare their body for labor, or need a plan to work with their new post baby body.

To retired or stay at home clients who have flexible schedules but want a consistent personal trainer who will carefully craft their workouts for how they are feeling that day while keeping their overall goals in mind.

 How to Choose Your Fitness Frequency


We get this question a lot and our answer is: Ideally, you would train with your trainer 3x a week and be moving every day. But life gets in the way and we know that it’s difficult to stick to that every week. It really depends on your availability and budget. If you are able, aim and plan for 3x a week!

 
 

3x+ PER WEEK: RECOMMENDED

Ideal for most effective goal achievement with constant accountability and guidance 


2x PER WEEK: COMFORTABLE

Ideal for sustained progress with frequent accountability and guidance 


1x PER WEEK: FLEXIBLE

Idea for individuals confident in completing additional workouts on their own with regular accountability and guidance

Over time you will probably change how often you want to meet with your trainer so don’t think what you sign up for initially is set in stone. You and your trainer will work to come up with a schedule that works best based on your circumstances.

Many clients go up to 4x a week when they have an upcoming goal, and the most common fitness for life timers settle into 2x a week knowing their trainer will always challenge them while they have also built an active lifestyle outside of their training sessions.

You are here because you want to change your health and fitness. If your budget will only allow for 1x a week we have seen many clients progress substantially and reach their goals while only meeting with their trainer 1x a week. This works for people who are committed and motivated enough to complete the trainer’s workout homework on their own multiple times a week between seeing their trainer. This is a great option if you have a really tricky schedule or tight budget but see the value in having a personal trainer keep you on track and teach you effective and efficient workouts perfect for your goals and lifestyle.

App-Based Fitness Program
on your phone

If you want workouts developed by an expert personal trainer, are self-motivated, and in-home training will not work for you at this time, our app-based training is a great solution for you! You will receive customized workouts through the app and will have access to your trainer as a resource and guide through your fitness program. This option has resulted in many happy, successful clients!
