How does it work? Clients pay $100 a month for 3 different workouts assigned 3x a week to complete as many times as they can throughout the month

How do I start? We start with a phone call to assess your goals and learn what you are looking for. We also will want to know brief health history and what equipment you have so we can better plan your program. We take all of this info and create the workouts.

What will my workouts be like? You will open the app and have a workout loaded for you to start. There will be a warm-up circuit at the beginning and a cool-down/stretch circuit at the end of each workout. The middle of the workout will be circuits filled with strength, cardio, flexibility, mobility, balance, or whatever else best matches your goals for the program. Each exercise will have a short vide to show you how to perform the exercise. Your trainer will be able to see when you complete a workout in their feed and you both can comment. You can also message your trainer within the app for feedback and questions. Then, at the end of each month your trainer will craft new workouts based on your feedback and progressive goals.

So what all do I get for $100 a month?You get access to the app which will include 3 personalized workouts per month and constant motivation and feedback from a certified personal trainer within the app. The app will also track your past workouts to keep you on track and to allow you to see progress and growth. It’s not the same as having an in home personal trainer, but it is highly motivating and encouraging to see your workouts in your feed for the month and to have new workouts each month that are designed for you by a professional.
